Relays are:

200 Medley Relay(50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Fly, 50 Free) 200 Free Relay 400 Free Relay

Please decide on what you want to swim and email me 3 events you want to swim. Deadline is November 6th, 2010

I also need a design for our swim cap; If anyone has a design or something in mind then email me.
Club swimmers: Please come to HS practice at least once a week to get to know your swim mates.
We are getting Speedo Aquablades for our suits through our vendor. I will meet with the vendor find out the price for the suit and cap and email all of you the information. Friday October 29th is Furlough, so no practice.
If you need a ride to the swim meet, please ask your swimmates if you dont have a ride after asking everybody please email or call be in 3 - 5 days in advance. Practice Schedule is M-F from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Dryland is from 4:00 - 5:00 pm (optional). HS practice officially starts on November 1st.
